Deposit-Related:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500.

• Deposits from third-party numbers are not accepted.
• BA22 does not charge deposit fees; however, payment service providers may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal-Related:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Maximum daily withdrawal limit: ৳1,00,000.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes.
• Withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is successfully completed.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing bonus funds.

The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotional offers on BA22. Individual offers may also carry their own specific conditions.

• Welcome Bonus: For new members only, applicable once on the first deposit.
• Wagering Requirements: The bonus amount must be wagered a set number of times before withdrawal (typically 10–30x).
• Time Limit: Each bonus has a set expiry period. Any unused bonus will be removed once it expires.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses are only valid for specific games.
• One Bonus at a Time: Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.

• Any abnormal winnings resulting from a software bug or glitch may have the associated payout voided.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BA22 and will result in immediate action:

• Loss or damage caused by a fault or malfunction on your device.
• Delays or failures caused by third-party payment services.
• Loss resulting from sharing your account credentials with another person.
• Service disruptions caused by natural disasters, cyberattacks, or other circumstances beyond our control.
